We act as a data controller for the personal information we collect about our end-users. For any integrations where we process data on behalf of a business customer, we act as a processor under a separate data processing agreement.

California (CCPA/CPRA): California residents may request to know/access specific pieces and categories of personal information, correct inaccuracies, delete, opt out of sale/sharing (not applicable here as we do not sell/share), limit use of sensitive personal information (not applicable beyond security uses), and be free from discrimination for exercising rights. We honor Global Privacy Control signals for applicable opt-outs.
