WHAT WE DO

AM Research Group, its owners, operators, and partners (the "Service") provides websites, software tools and educational resources for audiences interested in quantitative finance and short-term trading, developed for retail and professional traders. The Service does not provide investment, tax, or legal advice; is not a broker-dealer, FCM, IB, CTA, or CPO, and do not execute trades on your behalf. Content and tools provided by the Service are for informational and educational purposes only.

CFTC Risk Disclosure / Hypothetical Performance: Trading futures, options, forex, and CFDs involves substantial risk and is not suitable for all investors. You may lose more than your initial investment. Hypothetical or simulated performance results have inherent limitations and do not represent actual trading. Because the trades have not been executed, results may have under- or over-compensated for market factors such as liquidity; simulated programs are designed with the benefit of hindsight. Past performance is not necessarily indicative of future results.

YOUR ACCOUNT

To use the websites and software provided by the Service, you must be at least 18 years of age. If you are in the EEA/UK/Switzerland, you must be at least 16 years of age. It is your responsibility to keep your credentials (passwords and other information or devices used for authentication) confidential and promptly notify us of any security breach. You are responsible for any activity taken while logged into your account by any party.

BILLING AND REFUNDS

If the Service offers any product or software for payment, you agree to the quoted prices, billing intervals, taxes, fees, and renewal terms at checkout. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. The Service is under no obligation to offer refunds for any payments made.

ACCEPTABLE USE

The Service grants you limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service's website and software for your own lawful, non-commercial purposes (or, if you enter into an agreement for a commercial service, for your internal business use only). You agree not to: reverse engineer, decompile, scrape at scale, or bypass rate limits; misuse market data or violate any data vendor or exchange terms; upload malware or interfere with the Service; use the Service to provide regulated financial services without applicable registrations.

We may suspend or terminate access for any violation of these Terms of Service.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The Service may display market data, analytics, news, charts, or links from third parties. Those are provided “as is” and may be delayed or inaccurate. Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms.

EDUCATIONAL CONTENT

Any strategies, parameters, risk models, or examples are educational. Any decisions you make based on the information provided by the Service are your own.

BETA FEATURES AND CHANGES

You may be invited to test preview/beta features “as is.” We can add, change, or remove features at any time.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All software, documentation, site design, and content are owned by the Service or its licensors and protected by IP laws. Except for your content, you are granted no rights other than the limited license above.

YOUR CONTENT

If you upload any data (included by not limited to settings, trading-related data, code snippets, or related information), you grant the Service a non-exclusive license to host, process, and display the information to provide the Service and related security and backup services. You represent that you have the right to provide the content.

FEEDBACK OR REVIEWS

If you provide feedback or reviews, you grant the Service the right to use the content of your comments without restriction or obligation to you.

DISCLAIMERS

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT RESULTS WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE AND ITS SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; LOST PROFITS; TRADING LOSSES; LOSS OF DATA; OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. In any jurisdiction that does not allow certain limitations, our liability is limited to the extent permitted.

INDEMNITY

You will indemnify and hold the Service harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

COMPLIANCE

You agree to comply with all applicable laws, including sanctions and export control laws. You represent you are not on any restricted list.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the state of New York and the United States of America. You accept that any dispute you may have with the Service shall be conducted through arbitration. To the full extent permitted by law, (a) no arbitration shall be joined with any other proceeding; (b) there is no right or authority for any dispute to be arbitrated on a class-action basis or to utilize class action procedures; and (c) there is no right or authority for any dispute to be brought in a purported representative capacity on behalf of the general public or any other persons.

TERMINATION

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access with notice for material breach, unlawful use, or risks to the Service. Sections that by nature should survive (e.g., IP, disclaimers, limits of liability) will survive.

CHANGES AND UPDATES TO THESE TERMS OF SERVICE

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. If changes are material, we will post the new Terms and update the effective date on this page. If you continue to use the Service after any such changes, you hereby accept the updated Terms as changed.
